Chanterelles
The chanterelle makes the end of the asparagus season easier for us and is more than just a sauce base for us. We serve this treasure of European coniferous forests as the centrepiece of a chanterelle menu, as a side dish to meat and in many variations that may not be familiar to you but are all the more delicious. Let's go for the chanterelles!
